Credo

The Credo is Sirah's radical new design for high repetition rate pulsed dye lasers, which sets a new standard. The compact laser is prefectly matched to DPSS lasers with high repetition rate and low or moderate pulse energy. All components, including the optional frequency doubler and amplifier stage, fit into a single housing. The dye solution circulates in closed circulation systems, which may be removed completely from the laser system. All controls are accessible from the top of the laser, so it can be operated from any side.

The Credo's resonator is optimized with respect to pump lasers with low energy per pulse. A unique combination of prism expansion and grazing incidence is used to reach an ultra-low laser threshold. The dye cells use entrance and exit windows with Brewster's angle for increased efficiency. The flow resistance is optimized for rapid exchange of the dye solution. Nevertheless, cells are easy to remove, without the necessity of tools.
